Support matters for you, too, when someone else’s drinking affects your life.
You do not have to manage this alone.
You may care deeply about someone and still feel tired, worried, or unsure what to do next. Finding support for yourself can give you space to talk about your own experience.
Al-Anon Family Groups
A separate fellowship offering mutual support to people affected by someone else’s drinking.

About A.A. ↗Offer information and room to choose.
